Job Title: Relationship Manager – Loan Against Securities

Department: Sales Team

Location: Mumbai

Job Objective: To grow the business by achieving LAS, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

To achieve monthly LAS sales targets through Inbound Leads Conversion and self-sourcing.
To generate and convert leads generated through referrals.
To increase market share and source new clients via Outbound calls and meetings.
To maintain all Sales MIS diligently and timely.
To plan and execute all sales and marketing activities to develop LAS business.
To build strong relationships with all existing clients by providing prompt service.
To effectively introduce all products and services of the company to all clients and prospects and identify and convert cross sell opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Min. 3 years’ sales experience in Capital Markets/Mutual Funds/Equity Investment broking and distribution companies.
Good understanding of the Loans approval and disbursal process, including digital lending process.
Expert knowledge about Loan Against Securities and familiar with other credit solutions like LAP.

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing / BFSI / Investment Management / Others.

Job Title:Fixed Income Manager

Department:Sales Team

Location: Mumbai

Job Objective:To grow the business by achieving Fixed Income investment sales, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly Fixed Income (FI) sales targets.
Gain knowledge about the FI investment products and options through market research, competition mapping and company learning resources.
Proactively action the active and passive lead bank generated through marketing campaigns effectively, maximizing conversions and minimising time lags.
Share feedback with Marketing on the quality of leads every week and actively participate in generating new leads and develop prospects.
Build deep relationships with all HNI and UHNI clients by providing them with long term investment strategies and solutions that are customized to their needs.
Identify new investment or cross selling opportunities with active clients and bring them to a successful sales closure.
Continuous networking and engaging with clients to explore referrals for prospective new clients.
Ensure all client enquiries and problems are responded to and resolved most efficiently.
Ensure clients are on-boarded by ensuring and complying to all procedural and regulatory formalities.
Generate FI client leads through open-source channels organically and through references.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communication, relationship building and selling skills.

Strong competency in client service.
Sound knowledge about the various investment products, capital market and expertise in FI products.

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:

Job Title:Client Advocacy

Department:Sales Team

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Job Objective:To grow the business by achieving LAS, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Making calls to clients regarding company products in an appropriate manner.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of clients contact details.
Meet and exceed lead generation target set by the organization.
Stay updated with our product offering market trends to better serve customers.
Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
Keep a record of every client interaction and lead generation activities.
Daily reporting as per organization requirement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Tele caller or relevant role.
Proficiency in English, Hindi language.
A candidate should graduate. (B.com, BAF, BMS, BBI)
(undergraduate with 3 + years in similar field can be considered)
Knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Fast learner and passion for sales.

Department: Sales Team

Location: Mumbai

Job Objective: To grow the business by enhancing sales of the company in the Unlisted Equity
investment segment through new customer acquisition and retention.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly business targets by selling Unlisted Equity to customers, maintaining the targeted net margins. Be responsible for both individual as well as team targets.
Manage a team of 5-6 Relationship Managers, closely monitor their sales output and keep them motivated and on track.
Train the team on the Unlisted Product segment, coaching them on how to sell and address the FAQs of clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships by engaging resources of the organization to provide meaningful and personalized service aimed at enhancing customer’s value and the organisation’s reach.

Job Objective: To grow the business by enhancing Topline revenue of the company in the Demat
Services segment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets by new client acquisition and revenue realization.
Handhold the client and closely follow up with all concerned stakeholders during the process of transfer of physical shares to a Demat Account.
Manage the lead bank generated through marketing campaigns effectively, maximizing conversions and minimising time lags.
Share feedback with Marketing on the quality of leads every week and actively participate in generating new leads and develop prospects,
