Job Title: Relationship Manager – Loan Against Securities

Department: Sales Team

Location: Mumbai

Job Objective: To grow the business by achieving LAS, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

To achieve monthly LAS sales targets through Inbound Leads Conversion and self-sourcing.
To generate and convert leads generated through referrals.
To increase market share and source new clients via Outbound calls and meetings.
To maintain all Sales MIS diligently and timely.
To plan and execute all sales and marketing activities to develop LAS business.
To build strong relationships with all existing clients by providing prompt service.
To effectively introduce all products and services of the company to all clients and prospects and identify and convert cross sell opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Min. 3 years’ sales experience in Capital Markets/Mutual Funds/Equity Investment broking and distribution companies.
Good understanding of the Loans approval and disbursal process, including digital lending process.
Expert knowledge about Loan Against Securities and familiar with other credit solutions like LAP.

Job Title:Fixed Income Manager

Department:Sales Team

Location: Mumbai

Job Objective:To grow the business by achieving Fixed Income investment sales, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly Fixed Income (FI) sales targets.
Gain knowledge about the FI investment products and options through market research, competition mapping and company learning resources.
Proactively action the active and passive lead bank generated through marketing campaigns effectively, maximizing conversions and minimising time lags.
Share feedback with Marketing on the quality of leads every week and actively participate in generating new leads and develop prospects.
Build deep relationships with all HNI and UHNI clients by providing them with long term investment strategies and solutions that are customized to their needs.
Identify new investment or cross selling opportunities with active clients and bring them to a successful sales closure.
Continuous networking and engaging with clients to explore referrals for prospective new clients.
Ensure all client enquiries and problems are responded to and resolved most efficiently.

Generate FI client leads through open-source channels organically and through references.

Achieve monthly business targets by selling Unlisted Equity to customers, maintaining the targeted net margins. Be responsible for both individual as well as team targets.
Manage a team of 5-6 Relationship Managers, closely monitor their sales output and keep them motivated and on track.
Train the team on the Unlisted Product segment, coaching them on how to sell and address the FAQs of clients.
