Job Title:Client Advocacy

Location: Mumbai  / Bangalore
Job Objective:To grow the business by achieving LAS, via new customer acquisition, cross sell, up sell and repeat sales. 
Role & Responsibilities:
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
 
- Making calls to clients regarding company products in an appropriate manner.
 
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of clients contact details.
 
- Meet and exceed lead generation target set by the organization.
 
- Stay updated with our product offering market trends to better serve customers.
 
- Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.
 
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
 
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
 
- Keep a record of every client interaction and lead generation activities.
 
- Daily reporting as per organization requirement.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Tele caller or relevant role.
 
- Proficiency in English, Hindi language.
 
- A candidate should graduate. (B.com, BAF, BMS, BBI)
     (undergraduate with 3 + years in similar field can be considered) 
- Knowledge of MS Office.
 
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
 
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
 
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
 
Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing / BFSI / Investment Management / Others.
